Tea and gin make fabulous cocktail partners. Perhaps because gin has those wonderfully crisp citrus and floral botanical flavours; but it also might just be because they are two of life's greatest pleasures.

So it makes perfect sense to pair them together.


50ml tea infused gin*
15ml dry vermouth
Fresh Lemon
Ice cubes


Before you start your cocktail creation, pop your glass into the freezer to chill. Then put everything into a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into your chilled glass.

* 1 heaped teaspoon of Blue Lady leaf tea per 100ml of gin, infuse for an hour.
