Scrumptious strawberry infusion with a smooth vanilla taste, fantastic as an iced tea or kick it up a notch with bubbles.
First make sure you have some chilled fruit infusion by using about six generous teaspoons of infusion to one litre of boiling water, add sugar to taste, leave to cool, strain and pop in the fridge.
Slice in half some nice, juicy strawberries and place in the glasses, top with champagne and some chilled fruit infusion, sit back and watch the tennis.
