8 teaspoons Strawberry Cream Infusion
Handfull of fresh mint
50g caster sugar
Juice 2 large oranges, plus slices to serve
Juice 2 lemons, plus slices to serve
500ml Pimm's No 1
A few sliced strawberries and plenty of ice, to serve
Put the infusion and half the mint into the infuser in the Iced Tea Carafe, then pour over 1/2 litre freshly boiling water, add your sugar and leave to cool. When chilled add the orange juice, lemon juice and Pimm’s and pop your carafe into the fridge until ready to serve. Can be made up to a day ahead.
Serve over plenty of ice, with slices of orange, lemon and strawberry, and remaining mint sprigs.
