China green tea blended with spicy cinnamon and plums
Winter warming green tea with a delicious aroma of spicy cinnamon pieces and a little touch of sweetness from the plum. Delicious! Brew lightly to get the benefits of low-caffeine and high levels of antioxidants.
Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for green teas. So, for just-off the boil water, simply boil the kettle, let it sit for three to four minutes, then brew your tea, 2+ mins, a little honey or sugar, no milk.
