Quintessential Ceylon tea. This is a classic, thirst-quenching breakfast tea
The quintessential Ceylon tea. This well-balanced, bright tea is a classic thirst-quenching brew. Big, bright, golden leaves give a full-bodied, refreshing cup to be enjoyed at any time of the day. Works well black or with a splash of milk.
Brewing the best cup.1 teaspoon per cup. Freshly boiling water, brew your tea for 4 minutes, a good rule of thumb is 3-5 minutes for most black teas (depending on your preference for strength)and enjoy with or without milk
These teas are grown in five different growing districts in Sri lanka. The high grown district districts are Dimbula, Nuwara Eliya, and Uva. Teas grown in these areas of 4000ft above sea level tend to be light and flavoursome. There are many different leaf grades in the tea world and they are graded according to leaf size. The O.P. Grade is an Orange Pekoe grade, a high quality thin, wiry leaf that is quite tightly rolled. These larger leaf grades tend to have more complex flavour profiles than their smaller graded cousins and typically can be enjoyed without milk.
Sri Lankan Black Tea
Lush. Proper lush!
No milk, no sugar as It doesn't need either. Very refreshing.
A good everyday tea. On opening the bag there is that lovely smell of real tea, not floor sweepings. A good price too. My husband is happy with any basic teabag in a mug so the better teas I do not waste on him: but he does love your coffees.
An excellent competitive price with super fast delivery. A lovely personal service, or so it seems (and that's good enough) with little free treats along with the order. Tea is of good quality and I shall definitely use Tugboat again.
A lovely crisp flavour. Good for anytime. I have a cup of this stuff every morning, and its exactly what I need to start the day.
A really refreshing full flavoured tea. Great anytime of day.
