PROCESS: WASHEDAn espresso blend comprising three fairly light to medium roasts, all combining together to create punchy flavours without bitter acidity.
The Brazilian Santos is a regional product from Minas Gerais, and is one of the most consistent origins in the world, with big praline and nutty notes. The Colombian Excelso adds some citric acidity for a little bite, while the Robusta gives a fantastic crema and a nutty biscuit flavour.
Small amount of upfront citric acidity, countered by buttery mouthfeel. Big notes of praline and caramel, with orange zest and long finish.
