Smooth vanilla rooibos with little pieces of cinnamon and kibbled ginger
Super rich and warming. Smooth vanilla rooibos with little pieces of cinnamon and kibbled ginger. Aromatic, delicious, comfort in a cup and a great alternative to a more fruity winter tea, as well as being caffeine free and high in antioxidants.
Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water, then brew your tea, 4+ mins, a little honey or sugar, with milk. Try this out as a simple, one mug, gingerbread latte. Brew a tsp with half a mug of water and top up with whisked-up milk ( coconut milk adds an extra layer of taste ) and sprinkled with cinnamon or ginger. Yummy.
3 tsp Gingerbread Chai
Brew Gingerbread Chai in freshly boiled water for at least 5 minutes. You can do this on the hob, in a teapot or just in a mug. However you brew the tea, you will need to strain it into a couple of mugs ( ideally something suitably Christmassy ) when ready to serve. Add sugar or honey to the warmed milk and whisk quickly until it's all nice and frothy, then pour onto your strained chai and sprinkle with cinnamon. Gingernuts on the side are optional but highly recommended. Sit back and enjoy!
Rooibos, Ginger, Vanilla, Cassia, Natural Flavour
I bought the little taster bag in the shop out of curiosity and this tea is absolutely wonderful! It's like being hugged from the inside, really warms your soul.
This is delicious - I bought the wee brewing mug at the same time as this Chai - to get the full effect.
It’s very Christmassy, I thought quite chocolatey, with a warm cinnamon glow.
To say this tea is delicious would be fibbing, its so much more than that! Absolutely heavenly, especially when your up in the night with the baby. Like a lovely warm snuggle before (fingers crossed) everyone gets back to sleep.
This is a lovely tea with great flavour great for anytime of day or year. It is good black but I like a little splash of milk. Lovely aroma when brewing, my favourite tea so far for relaxing in the evening.
A really refreshing drink
