This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.tugboatbrews.co.uk to you.
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email and order number. This is your confirmation of your order with us. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered.You will receive a dispatch conformation email from us.
As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then Tugboat offers a replace or refund policy, please contact us within 7 days of the items being delivered to arrange return of the goods.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being saleable, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 10 working days for this process.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, all shipping back to Tugboat is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that you obtain a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
All orders placed by 1pm are packed up the same working day and sprinted up to the post office. Depending on the weight of goods ordered we are able to send via Royal Mail First Class, standard parcel post or for some larger orders by courier. All orders can be expected within 1 to 4 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £35 and at a cost of £3.30 for orders under £35.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
Outside the UK we send to Europe using Royal Mail International Standard Post which cost £5.60 for orders under £12 and £10.95 for orders over £12.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tugboat Brews harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via the Tugboat Brews website, or from your use/misuse of the website or from your violation of the terms and conditions.
The contract between you and Tugboat Brews under which you have made your purchases, it is agreed, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
