Good body, touch of sweet spice and brown sugar notes, all make for a great espresso. The Sheko co-operative of the Bench Maji zone of Ethiopia provide the majority of this blend and the Indian robusta adds a little extra caffeine, whilst also creating a smooth, sustainable crema.
