Afternoon tea, best served up with little sandwiches or cake
Light, crisp loose leaf tea with a hint of Bergamot and a touch of lemon zest. Ideal with a big slice of cake for a long, lazy, Cornish afternoon.
Brewing the best cup. Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup and always use freshly boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste, depending on your preference for strength. Enjoy with or without milk.

Wow, Cornish Afternoon tea is amazing! It's a fabulous flavour and instantly transports me back to tea and cakes in the garden with my great aunt, in my home county of Cornwall. It's light and fruity, and I'd happily drink it all day....after my Cornish Breakfast tea to get me started in the morning! Delicious.
This pleasant tea was enjoyed with a few lemon frits added. These were sent as a sample pack by my friends at Tugboat.Tea was thoroughly enjoed by 10 members of the Riviera Ukulele Band all would recommend without hesitation.

This is a delightful tea. Fresh citrus flavours bounce on your palette. It is lovely anytime of the day, but a real pick you up in the afternoon with a slice of fruit loaf.
Nice flavor to this tea I drink it anytime of the day with no milk
