Long Hot Summer
The days are getting lighter- and so is our tea! A light oolong with gentle elderflower and tangy apple is the perfect brew to welcome the new season.
Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Boiling water is too fierce for this teas. So, for just-off the boil water, simply boil the kettle, let it sit for three to four minutes, then brew your tea, 2 - 3 mins, a little honey or sugar, no milk.
