Small, family run, tea plantations produce this prime quality, much sought-after tea in limited quantities. Grown at altitudes between 1000 &
2000 metres, giving a soft and very aromatic tea.
Mild, with a light, smoky sweetness.
Brewing the best cup. Use one teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup and always use freshly boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste, depending on your preference for strength. Enjoy with or without milk.
