SWISS WATER DECAFFEINATION : 99% CHEMICAL FREE
ROAST LEVEL : DARK
COUNTRY : HONDURAS
REGION : SAN PEDRO DE COPAN
Rich & nutty, with big notes of chocolate and praline and a mellow body. Grown in the San Pedro de Copan region of Honduras at an altitude of 1100-1400m by the Capucas co-operative. The caffeine is removed by the Swiss water process. This decaf coffee blend is largely sourced from Honduras, although the origin may vary depending on availability; this means that the tasting profile may also change slightly but it will always be a stunningly good cup of coffee.
After just renewing my love of coffee, this decaf is smooth, with lovely chocolate and nuts in the background, would recommend to anyone.
Decaf I’ve tried in past has always seemed rather insipid. This was a revelation
Delicious, dark and temptingly tasty... you can’t ask any more of a bean. Simply the most delicious decaf coffee I’ve tasted, especially when doubled with oat milk... an alternative need never be bought. A 5 * friendly and ever efficient service too. Many thanks!
I know some people like a dark roast but this stuff is super-dark and *very* roasted. Not for me. I'd love to have a decaf option in a medium or even just a regular dark roast (not black as night!).
My wife takes decaf for health reasons. This coffee is healthy and tastes like, no, it tastes better than other decafs and most non-decafs and even I drink it without complaint.
