Rich, robust loose leaf Kenyan tea
Very fine Fannings cut, very strong, similar to some Assam BOP teas; this is a rich, robust loose leaf Kenyan tea which holds its own amongst the breakfast blends. Wonderful pick-me-up which takes milk well.
Brewing the best cup. One teaspoon per cup. Freshly boiling water, brew your tea for 4 minutes, a good rule of thumb is 3-5 minutes for most black teas (depending on your preference for strength) and enjoy with or without milk
This is a Pekoe Fannings grade of tea, meaning it is a very fine cut leaf. Kenya is a major producer of black tea with a Pekoe Fannings grade forming the bulk of their production.
Kenya Black Tea
If you want a tea that has the strength of Assam but with a lighter taste this is it. I love Tugboat's Tinner's Tea but this is a refreshing change to my morning cuppa. I alternate them now :)
This is my first time drinking this particular tea. I had good expectation and I was not disappointed. Not ideal for breakfast but throughout the day this tea is utterly refreshing.
I HAVE TRIED MANY OF YOUR TEAS, AND HONESTLY I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPOINTED. I THINK OUT OF ALL OF THEM THE KENYAN PECOE FANNINGS IS THE ONE THAT APPEALS THE MOST TO ME. A TEA THATS STRONG FULL BODIED AND BREWS TO PERFECTION. THANKS ALSO FOR MY FREE SAMPLES OF YOUR OTHER TEAS AND COFFEE. I WILL GO ON USING YOUR SERVICE, LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT ORDER. STEVEN TUCKER.
