When we lived in Andalucia, starting the day with churros (long doughnuts) dipped into thick, unctuous, Spanish hot chocolate was one of the many joys of la Vida Espanola :)
We use six heaped teaspoons each to get this really good and thick. The small bag is about 3 mugs, the large bag about 10.
Sugar, Cocoa paste, Cornstarch, Cocoa powder, Cocoa butter and Cinnamon. Cocoa: 28% minimum. For cooked consumption. May contain traces of MILK, SOYA and NUTS
Rich and luxurious, well worth a try if you like hot chocolate!
