Festive fruity tea for Christmas.

  • SPICED FESTIVE FRUIT

    We like to think that we've captured the best festive bits of Christmas with this fruit infusion. It's all about flavours of mulled spice, crisp frosty mornings and cozy nights, candles and log fires. A super festive spiced fruit brew. And it makes a great base for a mulled wine.

    BREW

    Brewing the best cup. One heaped teaspoon per cup. Freshly boiling water, brew your tea for at least 5 minutes, a little honey or sugar and without milk.

  • Mulled Winterberry Wine Recipe

    INGREDIENTS

    4 heaped tablespoons Winterberry Infusion

    1 cup hot water

    2 clementines

    1 star anise

    1 cinnamon stick

    1 tbs brown sugar

    1 bottle of red wine

    Dash of sloe gin

    DIRECTIONS

    Into a saucepan add the Winterberry Infusion, spices and sugar along with a glass of the red wine. Bring it to a rolling boil for a few minutes so it reduces a little, turn the heat down, add the rest of the wine, clementine segments and sloe gin, if you are using it, into the saucepan and heat gently for ten to fifteen minutes. When it’s warm and delicious, ladle it into glasses and serve.
